The late Taiwo Kekereekun was an on-air personality and staff member of Fresh FM, Osogbo, which was owned by musician Yinka Ayefele.
After a protracted struggle with an unidentified disease, the broadcaster passed away in the early hours of Monday, June 24.
A sincere statement of condolence was sent on Fresh FM’s social media platforms to confirm the news.
The post read: “It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that Fresh FM Osogbo announces the untimely passing of one of our esteemed staff members after a brief illness.
“Taiwo Kekereekun, passed away today, Monday, June 24th, 2024. She left behind a legacy of dedication, professionalism, and camaraderie that will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of working with her.
