A Nigerian lady, Joy Amadi, has announced her arrival at the United States for a fully-funded PhD programme at the University of Delaware.
Joy shared the news through her LinkedIn profile where she revealed that she received seven fully funded offers from USA and Canada after only seeking one.
A First Class graduate of the Federal University, Lokoja, Joy became the first Chemistry student to emerge Overall Best Graduating Student of the University in the 2018/19 session.

She is also a member and scholar of the Associate of Nigerian Scholars in America.
The excited scholar in her post penned a heartfelt appreciation to God, her mum, siblings, a host of individuals and organizations who supported her through her journey to Delaware.
Young boy abandoned by father scores 12A’s in exam
Meanwhile, an exceptionally brilliant primary school boy is on the verge of dropping out of school if he doesn’t get financial support.
The young boy, Ogabo Isaiah, is from Benue state and is currently in primary 3 at Kings Nursery and Primary School Okpoga, Benue state.
His mother died of excessive bleeding while giving birth to him, and his father abandoned him, leaving him in the care of his grandmother.

Unfortunately, his grandmother has also passed away, and Ogabo Isaiah now resides with his aunt, a peasant farmer who cannot afford to sponsor his education.
